Cellulose NanoFilament-Reinforced Paperboard Packaging Products

In this FPInnovations project, Dr. Gilles Dorris, Program Manager of Fiber Products Manufacturer, and Dr. Makhlouf Laleg, Lead Project Investigator, will investigate the use of cellulose nanofilaments (CNF) to reinforce paperboard packaging products. This approach will enable manufacturers to reduce weight and fiber consumption while maintaining the required mechanical properties for end-use applications.
